Scope

This policy applies to Blank Prime apps, blank-prime.net, and the control and security services that support them. It does not govern the content provider you choose, which operates under its own privacy policy and terms.

Website data

The website currently uses no cookies, analytics, advertising, or forms that collect your data.

Cloudflare processes technical connection data needed to deliver and protect the site, such as IP address, request time, and network and browser information. That processing is governed by Cloudflare's policies as our hosting and security provider.

App data we may process

The data depends on your platform and the features you use. It may include:

Your provider username, to associate the app session with your account and check access.
An opaque device or integrity identifier, for licensing protection, fraud prevention, and device management.
Coarse location inferred from the network connection for operational, analytical, and security purposes, not precise GPS location.
Product interactions, session timing, or last connection time, to understand app operation and diagnose failures.
Technical details such as device model, app version, bundle identifier, integrity environment, and last connection IP address.

Provider credentials

The player connects directly to the compatible service you choose. Credentials are used to authenticate, retrieve your library, and play what you are authorized to access.

Blank Prime does not send your provider password to its telemetry or analytics logs. On supported Apple devices, account details are stored in Keychain. On other platforms, they may be kept locally on the device as needed to restore your session.

Why we use data

Operate the app, register a device, and restore your session.
Protect the service, detect misuse, and prevent fraud.
Diagnose failures, measure performance, and improve the product.
Respond to a valid legal request when we are required to do so.

Sharing, sales, and tracking

We do not sell personal data. We do not use it for advertising and do not track you across other companies' apps or websites.

Infrastructure providers may process data to run hosting, databases, and security for Blank Prime, only as needed. Authentication and playback data also reaches the provider you selected because the app must connect to that service.

Retention and security

We keep each category for as long as needed for operations, security, or legal requirements, then delete it or separate it from your identity when it is no longer needed. The period varies by record type and device or account state.

We use access controls, encryption in transit, and protections supplied by operating systems and infrastructure. No electronic method is completely secure, so we review controls and minimize collection rather than promise absolute security.

Your choices and requests

You can sign out or remove the app to clear local data according to your platform's behavior. Requests about your provider account or its content must be directed to that provider.

For access, correction, deletion, or an objection related to Blank Prime processing, email support@blank-prime.net. We may request enough information to verify the request, but never your provider password.

Changes and contact

We may update this policy as the product or requirements change. We will revise the date and explain material changes on this page.
